Reisa
Do your construction crews run on paper timesheets and a glovebox full of receipts? Reisa replaces both on your phone, works where there is no signal, and adds a review step before you generate payroll documents.
What the hard part was
Offline is the normal case, not the edge case
Job sites lose signal. Hours are written to local storage first and reconciled when the phone reconnects, so a foreman never loses an afternoon of entries. The header carries a live online indicator, and the admin console can clear and re-sync a device that has drifted.
Nothing reaches payroll unreviewed
Submitted daily logs land in an approval queue rather than the ledger. An admin sees the job site, the date, the worker count and the total hours, and approves or rejects in a batch. Only then does the entry become a time activity, with the option to sync to QuickBooks.
Receipts read themselves, then wait
A photographed receipt is parsed for vendor, date and amount, which removes the typing but not the judgement. The extraction is attached to the job site with a confidence score, and receipts can optionally be attached to the payroll reports you generate.
Two-way sync
After syncing with your QuickBooks account, Reisa can import all of your customers, job sites and employees into the web app with the click of a few buttons. Approved timesheets then go back the other way, matching the records already in QuickBooks rather than creating duplicates.

Taking on customers
Reisa was built multi-tenant from the start. Each business gets its own customers, job sites, employees and payroll documents, kept separate from everyone else’s, and there is room for more. If your crews are still on paper, get in touch and we can talk about what setting you up would involve.
